Our orders are shipped from Sweden.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since we handle our orders quickly, chances are that your order is already being packaged by our warehouse and being prepared for shipping.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us, and we will try our best to handle your request.

Are there any additional fees for my shipment?
We do not charge any additional fees, but we don't cover import/custom fees unless explicitly stated. Check your local customs office for more information, or reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
Are there any fees if I do not collect my package?
If you fail to collect your parcel and the parcel therefore is sent back to Myrqvist, we will deduct an amount of/or equal to 200 SEK of your total refund. The deduction represent the added cost of shipping incurred upon the company due to the return.
